The thesis is devoted to the analysis of legal nature and peculiarities of bringing employees to disciplinary responsibility; essence and structure of breach of discipline; its differences from other types of legal infringements. There were stated the legal grounds for bringing employees to disciplinary responsibility; made a detail analysis of current general and special legislation in this sphere.There was given the classification of grounds for disciplinary responsibility; peculiarities of bringing to responsibility judges, police officers, public employees. There was cleared out the definition and structure of disciplinary proceedings; identified its basic stages.
