Analysis of the state of psychological readiness to establish long-term remission with drug allowed to define it as an integral and dynamic structural complex formation, represented by a complex of related and interacted psychological and social factors, mutual combination of which at any time determines the degree of readiness to establish remission. Compiled and tested the psychodiagnostic complex, allowing both quantitatively and qualitatively measure the motivators, determining the studied readiness and show-ing the direction for psychocorrectional work with drug addicts and their environment. Proved that the state of long-term remission, qualitatively different from the state of drug addiction, is formed as a result of various combinations of the quantitative com-ponents of its psychological and social factors. Mathematically proved that every factor that forms the motivational structure of readiness to establish long-term remission with drug addiction has direct and inverse correlations of various severity and credibility with other factors, components of this structure. In this regard, during psychocorrectional work necessary to correct not just one or a few factors that go beyond the area of psychological readiness to establish re-mission, but also, using the tables of the correlation relationship between the factors, to work over the whole complex of interrelated factors.
