Dissertation are devoted on complex study of influence of 3d-elements doping by vapuor-phase diffusion method on physical properties of ZnSe. At the level of invention suggested ways to create layers of ZnSe and ZnO doped with atoms of 3d-elementss (Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co і Ni). The concentrations and diffusion coefficients and the energy position of the levels of 3d-elements in crystals ZnSe. Detected and adequately explained the features in the spectra of photoconductivity, absorption and luminescence of samples ZnSe: Me. The method for determining the Curie temperature in diluted magnetic semiconductors.
