Strus-Dukhnych T. Judicial authority during the period of civil society development: theoretical and practical aspects.

The thesis contains a comprehensive scientific study of the theoretical and legal aspects of the judicial authority during the development of civil society. The existing systems of foreign countreis courts functioning and the place of the judicial authority in a democratic society have been generalized. The scientific approaches to the basic features of the judicial authority and the principles of the judicial system in the principles of judicial power have been shown from the standpoints of the theory of State and Law. The influence of social and political thought on the formation and development of the judiciary has been surveyed. The essence of judicial authority in the system of separation of state power of Ukraine has been shown through the analysis of legal norms of judicial authority. The judicial system as the subject of protection of rights and freedoms has been analysed in the context of reforming the judicial authority.
