Essay

The thesis is devoted to research of approaches to forming of the social partnership system on the retail business enterprise with economic co-management conditions. The presence of social partnership and prudent personnel policy is a means for competitiveness and meta management retailer. There was formed the basic methodological basis for the formation of social partnership at retailers. With the target function increasing the value of human capital and competitiveness methodological approach was built to the allocation of investment in workforce development. The essence of this is the different personnel pay system could based on the family values of the coefficient of income inequality. On this basis it is possible to choose a base and promising model of personnel income distribution of retailers. The integrated structural and functional model of social partnership was developed based on fractal approach. There were formulated hypotheses concerning the impact of social partnership on the socio-economic activities of enterprises of different branches. It was proposed a methodological approach to the definition of priority regulation elements of social partnership in collective agreements, determined their quantitative values. There were proposed methodological approaches to study wage increases as a tool to enhance the efficiency of production and distribution cost savings resulting from efficiency and quality of work.
