Thesis deals with the psychological characteristics of coping behaviors of teachers in cooperation with deviative teenagers and finding effective ways and methods of correction non-adoptive solutions to complex educational problems which are stressful. The paper defines the theoretical approaches to understanding the content and structure of coping and its application in educational activities, and psychological aspects of teaching and interaction features of deviant behavior among adolescents. The theoretical model of coping behaviors of teachers is developed, including external factors and internal resources that determine its choice. It is found experimentally that the increasing number of deviant adolescents in educational interaction between teachers reduces stress, creates conditions for effective breaking coping strategies choices and updating less adoptive choices in all areas of mental activity (cognitive, emotional, behavioral). The program of developing corrective work, which optimizes effective coping strategies for teachers in educational interaction with adolescent deviant, is tried and tested resulting in expansion of the repertoire of effective coping strategies of teacher behavior and a gradual decrease manifestations of deviant adolescents.
