Essay

Research object: process of surface-water treating in traditional and new flow sheet of purification with application of clarifiers-recirculators with sediment recirculation in "inner contour". Aim of research: complex hygienic assessment of principally new flow sheet of surface-water purification with application of clarifiers-recirculators with sediment recirculation in "inner contour", natural and modified sorbents and anion flocculants to improve quality of drinking water of centralized household-drinking water supply systems to the requirements of normative documents. Research methods: bibliographic method of scientific information analysis, method of sanitary-hygienic inspection, method of laboratory and full-scale hygienic experiment, forecasting, organoleptics, physicochemical, sanitary-chemical, microbiological, toxicological, electrochemical, technological methods of water purification facilities' performance capabilities determination by the the stages of treating, calculations and statistical analysis. Theoretical and practical results: the idea of hanged up layer of sediment forming processes in clarifiers of filtering stations of water purification facilities is broaden, in particular technological bases of "hanged up filter" (which is fluidizated layer with managed sorption properties) forming in clarifiers-recirculators with sediment recirculation in "inner contour" are first described, methodological footing of complex hygienic-ecological assessment of existing filtering stations of water purification facilities is improved and complex of hygienic measures of first stage purification processes intensification in existing two-stage technological schemes of water treating for centralized household-drinking water supply systems by inculcation of clarifiers-recirculators with sediment recirculation in "inner contour" in combination with application of new sorbents-turbiditiers on the base of loamy minerals and activated carbon is grounded, it is ascertained possibility of bentonite gel powder of brand ПБМБ, modified according to technical requirements of Ukraine 39-0147001-105-93 and CMC-H by technical requirements of Ukraine В 6-05761620.008-2000 in flow sheet of surface-water of channel Siverskiy Donets-Donbas purification with application of clarifiers-recirculators with sediment recirculation in "inner contour". Scientific novelty: in first time it was grounded, developed and inculcated in practice new technology of intensification of first stage processes of surface water purification by inculcation of clarifiers-recirculators with sediment recirculation in "inner contour" in combination with application of new sorbents-turbiditiers on the base of loamy minerals and activated carbon and anion flocculants. In laboratory experiment higher efficiency of application of natural and modified sorbents: grounded up activated anthracitic coal, natural sorbents paligorskite and bentonite, anion flocculants carboxymethylcellulose and polyacrylamide as well as their combinations, for intensification of surface-water purification from heavy metals and phenols in two-stage scheme with application of clarifiers-recirculators with sediment recirculation in "inner contour" in comparison with traditional two-stage scheme is well-proven. It is ascertained that corrosive aggressiveness of drinking water is increasing in the process of water purification in traditional two-stage scheme. Level of inculcation: results are inculcated in 2 patents on utility model, "Program of measures of water treating efficiency increasing on water purification facilities of Staro-Crymska 1 and 2 and Ol'khovska filtration stations of municipal enterprise "Company "Water of Donbas" of Donetsk regional soviet", "Changes
