Kuzmenko О. The Constitutional Court of Ukraine in the system of higher authorities.

The thesis is dedicated to researching the situation of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine in the system of higher authorities, theoretical and legal problems of its activities. Characterizes the system and legal institutions of higher state bodies of Ukraine. Characterized the legislative, executive and judicial power in the system of separation of powers, legal nature, place and role of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine in the system of this power in the system of state control. Analyzed and disclosed the contents of his office and studied constitutional proceedings. The general theoretical propositions about the place and role of the Constitutional Court in the safeguards system of the constitutional order of Ukraine. The thesis formulated conceptual and conclusions of study questions, and reasonably put forward certain proposals for improving the legal status of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, its organization and activities.
