The object of study - the stable angina in women operated in connection with breast cancer, the purpose - the optimization of the treatment of women with stable angina who underwent surgery due to breast cancer by means of correction factors of angiogenesis, endothelial and neurohumoral imbalance and lipid profile of blood plasma, methods - clinical, biochemical, enzyme immunoassay, instrumental, statistical, novelty - established that the purpose of ramipril and S (-) Metoprolol in the complex treatment of stable angina in women operated on for breast cancer contributes to normalization of left ventricular dysfunction, and improves systemic hemodynamics, and anticoagulant fibrinolytic system of blood and reduces endothelial dysfunction, it is proved that additional operations ovariectomy significantly increases the risk of progression of angina in this group of women, introduced to the scientific and educational process Zaporozhye State Medical University, State Enterprise "Zaporozhye Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education," in the center of the healing process MR and SL "Crimea" (pgt.
