Object - viability of colonic graft during (CGD); a purpose is an improvement of results of surgical treatment of patients which produced belly-anal resections (BAR) of rectum, by the complex estimation of viability of colotransplant; methods – physical, laboratory, instrumental, biochemical, histological, statistic al; results – insufficient adequacy of the intraoperation generally accepted methods of estimation of viability of CGD is experimentally grounded; the direct is set cross-correlation connection between the decline of indexes of system сатурации of oxygen and percent of satiation oxygen in CGD on condition of development of hypoxia in an experiment; efficiency of the use of intraoperation pulse oximetry and noncontact infrared thermometry is first well-proven for the estimation of viability of intestinal segment, geared-up to voiding at BAR of rectum; diagnostic possibilities of lactat of venous blood are studied, as a biochemical marker of hypoxia in the period of intraoperation estimation and after operation monitoring of the state of CGD for patients which produced sorceries of rectum with voiding of rim bowel on perineum; dependence of morphological changes of intestinal wall of CGD is set on the satiation of blood oxygen; branch – medicine.
