Essay

The basis of the data are of clinical and instrumental examination of 141 patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) II-IV NYHA status. NT-proBNP level were measured buy immunoenzyme method at first hospitalization day and at discharge day. Long - term survival in patients with CHF NYHA II-IV classes depend on NT-proBNP. Cumulative survival in patients with CHF III-IV NYHA classes after therapy depend on a decrease NT-proBNP over a period in-hospital treatment. Patients with CHF caused hypertensive heart and preserved LVEF ((? 40%), treated with beta- blocker and ACE inhibitor is possible to recommend aliskiren addition which improve left ventricle diastolic filling and reduce NT-proBNP plasma level.
