Dissertation is devoted to scientific problem solution of optimization of treatment of patients with chronic urticaria by studying clinical features and pathogenetic mechanisms of the disease. It was determined that patients with chronic urticaria have increased levels of free radical oxidation products - malonaldehyde and diene conjugates, increased activity of hydrolytic enzymes elastase and urease and increased content of total IgE. In patients with chronic urticaria decreased content of antioxidant enzymes - catalase, superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase and antimicrobial enzyme lysozyme were also detected. Optimized method of complex therapy of patients with chronic urticaria using "Quercetine" provided clinical efficiency, positive dynamics of normalization of biochemical parameters.
