The object of the examination Formation of weight and linear growth, exterior signs, morphological and biochemical parameters of blood, slaughter and meat quality of young Ukrainian Red dairy breed under the influence of technological methods of cultivation. The subject of the examination. Some technological methods of growingthe Ukrainian Red dairy breed, feed samples, blood and meat. Methods: zootechnical, chemical, clinical, mathematical and statistical andeconomic.Scientific novelty of the results. First the experimentally proved effectiveness of the morphofunctional status of neonatal calves advisability of using substitute whole milk "Milk Yoosten S 500" and early inurement calves to concentrated feed as technological methods of increasing the intensity of growth, development and meat quality of young Ukrainian Red dairy breed in the south Ukraine. The practical significance of the results.Contributed corrections to the technology rearing Ukrainian Red dairy breed in the south of Ukraine made it possible to get live weight (320-350 kg) at the time of first insemination to 18 months of age in 100% of heifers and calves at slaughter at 15 months of age (396-402 kg).
