Essay

The thesis presents a new solution of actual problems of obstetrics – the increasing safety and effectiveness of tactics of benign cystic adnexal masses management in pregnant women. On the basis of the studying of the peculiarities of gestational period and deliveries, babies state and the fate of adnexal masses in pregnant women in supervisory and surgical tactics, the peculiarities of their hormonal, oxidative, nitrozattive homeostasis and the severity of endogenous intoxication it was designed pathogenesis of ovarian structures impact on the course of gestational period, and supervisory and endosurgical tactics that led to the reduction of complications and cases of termination of pregnancy in women with benign ovarian cystic formations.
