3. The study is dedicated to treatment efficacy improvement in patients with inflammatory diseases of uterine appendages (IDUA) by revealing of clinico-pathogenical peculiarities and optimization of complex therapy of this pathology using medical ozone. Basing on clinico-immunological investigations in 120 women complex adaptational mechanisms of female organism to pathologic process by evaluation of neurotransmitter balance, hemodynamic and rheological changes, endothelial disfunction were studied. Efficiency of new therapeutic scheme of complex chronic inflammatory diseases of uterine appendages (CIDUA) treatment was scientifically grounded. Its influence on local and common immunological reactions and autoimmunity processes was defined and new approaches to patients with IDUA management optimization were developed. New therapeutic scheme of complex CIDUA treatment using direct immunological correction together with ozone therapy were developed. Comparational analysis of clinical efficacy of this scheme against traditional treatment methods was performed and advantages of their use in patients with IDUA were proved.
