Essay

The features of autonomic disorders in patients 1 and type 2 diabetes, with diabetic neuropathy to optimize diagnosis and treatment of autonomic dysfunction. Presented clinical characteristics of autonomic dysfunctions in patsiyentov DM 1 and DM 2, and changes of heart rate variability. It is shown that for patients with diabetes 1 and 2 diabetes characterized by changes in the autonomic nervous system is inhibition of supersegmental and segmental divisions of ANS, which leads to stress regulatory systems, stabilization and centralization of processes regulating heart rate. In the analysis of vegetative homeostasis in patients with diabetes 1 and 2 diabetes and diabetic neuropathy were found three main types: with preserved autonomic balance, a moderate activation of sympathoadrenal level and expressed relative sympathicotonia. The method of treatment of autonomic disorders in patients with diabetes 1 and 2 diabetes and diabetic neuropathy using microwave therapy under the control of heart rate variability, allowing more effective treatment.
