Golovina S. Organizing of the regulation of national labour market in Ukraine

Research object. A process of regulation of labour force market in modern conditions. Research aim. Development of theoretical and methodological support and grounding of directions for perfection of labour force market regulation in Ukraine. Research methods. Dialectical, generalization, succession from abstract to concrete, comparative analysis, system theory approach, historical, modeling and designing, statistical, multidimensional statistical analysis: cluster and taxonomical analysis. Practical value of the obtained results. The conceptual approaches and obtained results are a methodical base in the sphere perfection of Ukrainian labour force market regulation of at all levels of state administration. The research results and suggestions. Scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in theoretical generalization and development of the conceptual going to perfection of national labour force market regulation. For the first time it is offered a conceptual approach to partnership relations development at the market of labour force on the basis of selection of key measures, main of them are: activities efficiency increase of State Employment Service of Ukraine due to activization of its departments work with studying young people; preparation of specialists in accordance with the necessities of labour force market of by introduction of effective strategy of market analysis.
