Essay

Thesis is dedicated to improvement of results of surgical treatment of patients with limited fluid and suppurative formations of pancreas, liver and subphrenic space with algorithm development for choosing of medical tactics, priority usage of the mini-invasive multistage paracentetic and drainage surgical operations with investigation of sonographic, topographic and anatomical dependency of localization of formation in respect to stomach, duodenum and colon, its contents and volume, level of endogenous intoxication; and outlining of places and possibility of usage of such methods. The dynamics and regress of endogenous intoxication of patients with limited fluid and suppurative formations of pancreas, liver and subphrenic space, which were operated with usage of mini-invasive paracentric and drainage surgical operations. The usage of the proposed diagnostic and treatment tactics while treatment of patients with limited inner abdominal formations resulted in declining of the intra operatic rate complications from 17,5 % while usage of laparotomic methods of treatment to 0% while usage of paracentetic and drainage methods and to decline the rate of post operation complications from 40,00 to 4,3%, level of post operative lethality from 7,5 to 0% and the average period of the hospital treatment was declined from 35,5 to 16,5 days.
