The investigation object: Pathogenesis of inflammation. The investigation goal: Role of opioid peptides in mast cells reaction at inflammation. Methods of research: pathophysiological, morphological (cytological, histological), pharmacological, statistical. Theoretical and practical value of the obtained results: The thesis belongs to fundamental researches. The obtained results broad and deepen the existing views about the role of opioid peptides in the organism and in mechanisms of inflammation that is important for development of physiology, general pathology of inflammation and improving of principles and methods of pathogenetic anti-inflammatory therapy. The results of research testify to possibility of use of agonists and antagonists of opioid receptors in unusual course of inflammation. Scientific novelty of the obtained results: An inhibiting action of endogenous opioid peptides on mast cell functional activity in norm and inflammation consisting in limitation of mast cell degranulation and regranulation is established. The relative role of the main opioid peptides and their receptors (капа, мю and дельта) in mast cell reaction is shown. It is found out, that all three types of the main opioid peptides and their receptors are involved in inhibiting effect of opioid peptides on mast cells. At the same time, their importance depends on mast cells population and looks in the next manner: дельта > мю > капа for free peritoneal mast cells and капа > мю > дельта for fixed mesenteric mast cells. The degree of implementation: Kharkiv National Medical University, S. I. Georgievsky Crimean Sate Medical University, Lugansk State Medical University, Sumy State University.
