The dissertation is devoted to actual challenges solving in the aspect of developing and implementing of modern tools to improve the process of the personnel managing on the base of outsourcing of enterprises in the machine building branch of Ukraine. Scientific grounding of the personnel management process of machine building enterprises determining outsourcing personnel influence on investments into human capital on the base of two components employment models has been provided.Classification of the enterprises personnel outsourcing has been improved. The model of the process using the personnel outsourcing at the machine building enterprise has been developed.
