Essay

The object is the processes of human resource management of manufacturing companies. The aim is generalization of theoretical and practical foundations of human resource management and development of practical recommendations for the formation of human resources management system based on coaching. The methods are analysis and synthesis, simulation, econometrics methods, statistics methods, methods of operations research. The results - practical tool of human resources management based on coaching is created and tested. The novelty - model on the basis of sectional cost functions of human resources management with the use of coaching is developed firstly. The results of work are implemented into practical work of Department of Agriculture Development of Vinnitsa region Trostyanets State Administration, "Trostyanets milk factory", "Mohyliv-Podilskyy Dairy". Branch - the economy.
