The dissertation is devoted to the investigation of the problems of the economic relations legal regulation in the sphere of the housing and communal services. In the work the main features of the economic relations in the sphere of the housing and communal services have been investigated, the subject, objective composition of these relations, their peculiarities and legal nature have been analyzed, their legal determination has been formulated, the classification of the economic relations in the sphere of the housing and communal services has been conducted The general analysis of the present -day state of the Ukrainian housing and communal services has been carried out, the necessity of the essential correlation of the present- day legislation regulating relations being under investigation has been scientifically argued, the comparative-legal analysis of the Ukrainian and foreign countries legislation has been conducted separately and the peculiarities of the legal guarantee of the state economic relations regulation in the sphere of the housing and communal services has been analyzed. The separate problems of the contract regulation in the sphere of the housing and communal services, specifically, as to the role of the economic contract in this area, its contents, form, kinds, peculiarities of its conclusion order, changes and cancellation and execution, legal grounds and conditions of the responsibility accrual for the contract obligations delinquency in this sphere have been investigated. As the result of the carried out research the whole number of propositions as to the improvement of the economic legislation in Ukraine have been formulated.
