Object of research: public regulation of investment attractiveness of agro-industrial complex. Purpose: generalization of theoretical bases and ground of conceptual approach to the increase of effectiveness of mechanisms of public regulation of investment attractiveness of agro-industrial complex at regional level in Ukraine. Methods: comparative analysis; SWOT-analysis; analysis and synthesis; logical-semantic, economical-statistical, system-analytical, abstractly-logical. Results: ground of conceptual approach to the increase of effectiveness of mechanisms of public regulation of investment attractiveness of agro-industrial complex at regional level in Ukraine. Novelty: theoretical-methodical approaches to the estimation of investment attractiveness of agro-industrial complex at regional level; scientific providing of development of directions of increase of effectiveness of organizationally-legal, organizationally-administrative and organizationally-economic mechanisms of public regulation of investment attractiveness of agro-industrial complex at regional level in Ukraine are improved. It is inculcated in activity of public authorities the Kharkov and Poltava regions. Areas of use: public administration, regional administration, training and retraining of civil servants.
