Essay

Thesis is devoted to investigation of 161 patients with myocardial infarction (MI) with impared hepatic function (HF). It has establisched that MI is accompanied with HF disorders in 71,2% of patients. It worsens the history of disease, modify cardiac haemodynamics, course imbalance in cellular and humoral immunity, increase lipid peroxydation, inhibit of antioxidant system. It is found that Quercetin effective to correct the processes of lipid freе radical oxidation, systolic and diastolic dysfunctions and ribonucleic acid medication improves of immune state with increаsed rate of CD3+, CD8+ lymphocytes and normalizated CD 22+ lymphocytes and decreases rate of circulating immune complex (in 86,7%).
