This thesis is a research work, in which the Court's practices in Ukrainian judicial procedure are studied on monographic level. In this thesis idea of functions of the Court's practice, theirs purpose in judicial procedure are disclosed; the status of the Court's practice subjects is researched; general provisions, procedural means of activity are analyzed. Scientific conclusions aimed at the recognition of normative influence of the judicial power acts are formulated. It will stipulate the improvement of the process of law formation, the strengthening of the independence and effectiveness of the judicial power and also guarantee the unanimity of judicial practice.
