Essay

Object of research - the process of reproduction and use of hunting resources of Ukraine. The purpose of research - theoretical and practical bases of making hunting policy of Ukraine and the mechanism of economic stimulation of efficient reproduction and use of hunting resources. Research methods - induction, deduction, generalization, abstraction, an integrated and systematic approaches, statistical methods, the method of expert evaluation. Scientific novelty of research results: the principles on which prompted and justified the new economic instruments to stimulate the effective use of resources and reproduction of hunting animals were first developed. Improved: classification instruments to stimulate reproduction and use of hunting resources, principles of reforming hunting economy of Ukraine, methodical approach to determining environmental charges based on the determination of the economic component of environmental damage, methodical approach to determine the break even hunting economy. Further developed: approaches to the paid use of hunting resources and approaches to prioritization of instruments to stimulate reproduction and use of hunting resources. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical and practical aspects of effective stimulation of reproduction and use of hunting resources in the context of new national environmental policy. Level of application: the research results are used by the Lviv Regional Board of Forestry and Hunting to develop of regional environmental policy and improving the economic mechanism of reproduction and use of hunting resources. Some results of research are used in teaching of such educational disciplines "Environmental Economics", "Forest Policy" and "Hunting Management" at the Ukraine National Forestry University. Application field - forestry, hunting and related services.
