Pankov O. Formation of a stimulus mechanism for environmentally safe functioning of agri sector of economy

Subject of inquiry processes of forming environmentally safe functioning of agri farms and environmental impact reduction. The purpose of research - research of mechanism environmentally safe functioning of agri sector due to the environmental impact reduction and development of the system of measures for ecological and economic situation improvement. Research methods of analysis and synthesis, estimation of life cycle of products, system-analytical, SWOT of analysis, economic-statistical, graphic, approach of the systems, induction and deduction. The scientific novelty of the research results. At the first time grounded principles of increasing a level safe functioning of agri farms, that are based on their collaboration with commercial banks on principles of social-and-ecological responsibility. Improved: investment-financial and organizationally-administrative mechanisms of stimulation of environmentally safe agricultural production; methodology of the simplified estimation of life cycle of agrarian products for comparison of organic and traditional forms of conduct of agricultural activity; organizational mechanism of co-operation of agricultural producers and commercial banks, that includes monitoring of social-and-ecological changes. Developed further: approach for managing business by commercial banks in the sphere of their financing of agricultural producers; authorities, non-state forming and agri enterprises co-operation mechanism that aimed to develop organic forms of agricultural activity in Ukraine. Level of application: the study results are used by "Concern "Simeks-agro" LTD for environmental impact reduction. Some research outcomes are used in the teaching of academic courses "Natural resources management" at National University "Kiev Mohyla Academy".
