Mazhak I. Institutionalization of Family Medicine in Ukraine

The thesis has provided the analyses of structural factors of institute of family medicine. It has been determined by the outcome of the nationwide survey that legitimation of the institution of family medicine in general has not been brought into effect; with the help of case-study research structural factors of private family medicine; by the outcome of expert interviews there have been determined common and different features of the institution of family medicine in Ukraine and Poland as well as structural factors of its efficacy, the most important of which are organizational, regulatory-legal, financial-economic and ethical-moral ones.
