Dissertation is devoted to the study of features of professional and ethical future leaders appointed university departments. In research the professionally-ethic options future specialists on a management are interpreted educational establishments as a system of transformed in individual experience of subject in management and norms of professional and interpersonality cooperations. Professionally-ethic options come forward the result of realization the essence of professional activity and making corresponding methods of professional behavior. The Professionally-ethic options of future specialists on a management have a 3-component structure,that includes cognitive, emotional and connotative components, educational establishments. On the basis of results searched the next criteria of determination thelevel formating of professionally-ethic options are distinguished: orientation as correlation of the personal, professional and socially-psychological values; polarity as level of structuralness in options; stability; effectiveness as readiness to the action. In dissertation described generalized high, generalized middle and generalized subzero levels of formed the professionally-ethic options future leaders. The criteria of evaluation and levels of professional and ethical instructed future leaders. Investigated the psychological factors of the appointed to exercise their influence on each component: the cognitive component - formed the moral knowledge, reflexivity, creativity and predictive ability of personality on the emotional component - empathy, communicative social competence, mental stability, to connotative component - internality personality its dominant social and psychological settings on the process - the result of the work - money, liberty - power. The author developed the program forming impact, which includes seminar and individual psychological support afterwards. The program of development the professionally-ethic options future specialists is worked out and approved on a management by educational establishments, basis of which is made by seminar-training "Development of professionally-ethic options future leaders of establishments in education" and system of psychological accompaniment after his completion.
