Essay

The dissertation presents theoretical and practical summation and a new decision for a scientific direction aimed on rise of complex treatment of patients with bullous-and-necrotic forms of erysipelas with hardware-assisted of variable electromagnetic field. The results of treatment of 124 patients with bullous and necrotic forms of erysipelas have been examined over a period of time from 2004 to 2009 years. Those patients have been conditional spread on 2-nd groups: basic group and comparison one. For 66 patients from basic group besides traditional medical methods have been used developed treatment methods, with two subgroup distribution subject to inflammation forms. The fist subgroup has been represented by 23 patients with bullous forms, the second one - 43 patients with necrotic forms of erysipelas. For 58 patients from comparison group in postoperative period the traditional medical methods have been used, with two subgroup distribution subject to inflammation forms. The fist subgroup has been represented by 22 patients with bullous forms, the second one - 36 patients with necrotic forms of erysipelas. The algorithm of diagnostic and complex treatment of erysipelas has been worked out on the ground of received results of thesis research. That algorithm has been taken into account indications and volume of surgical intervention subject to level of tissue lesion and magnetotherapy application in treatment. The analyses of main and additional estimated criteria of treatment results has been demonstrated that general and postoperative lethality in comparison group formed 3,4 %. But fatal outcomes haven't been in basic group. The period of wound cleansing after necrectomy in patients from basic group was significantly downstream wherewith in comparison group (t = 3,2; P < 0,05), the area of engraftment - significantly greater (103,6 ± 3,8; P < 0,05). The medium term of hospital stay also was significantly short in basic group like for bullous forms (t = 3,0; P < 0,05) and for necrotic forms (t = 2,9; P < 0,05) of erysipelas
