Essay

The thesis is devoted to the analysis of actual problem of mass caving technology improvement through using of explosion products impact principles and rock stress-strain states on ore breaking efficiency in the process of compound outcrops sheets of under-mining block spaces, it affects on formation of high efficiency technologies of iron ore operations at considerable depths. It is formulated a conceptual approach, based on the principles of mass caving technology improvement through forming compound outcrop sheets of compensatory spaces and ore mass crushing at Kryvbass mines' deep levels consideration. It is proved the necessity of tent undermining "reversal cutting" application, it allows to expand the outcrop sheets of compensatory space without loosing its stability, that in its tern, allows to get the high disturb ratio of ore mass at deep levels of Kryvbass mines without increasing of ore breaking specific consumption of explosives. Technological schemes of tent undermining formation, which allows reducing the undercutting specific consumption, decrease the explosion products impact on stope sill and increase ore opening coefficient during the first drawing rate are elaborated.
