Tolstenko V. Legal ideology in the development of modern Ukraine state and society.

The dissertation is devoted to processes of development of legal ideology in modern Ukraine, which are studied in a context of the analysis of the theoretical-and-methodological bases of research of legal ideology in the modern law theory. It shows the role of legal ideology in legal regulation of the public relations, its influence on developmental democratization of Ukrainian state and society, its rise as a democratic state and the state of law. The author gives the characteristic of legal ideology concept, determines its forms, proves the importance of legal values, doctrines and principles in the development of legal ideology, specifies its basic functions and gives their classification. The special attention is given to research of influence of legal ideology on development of legal system and on the mechanism of legal regulation of public relations. The dissertation defines its role in maintenance of legality and public order. On the basis of generalization of theoretical material the author characterizes a place and role of principles of democratic state and the state of law in structure of modern legal ideology, gives reason for its correlation with the rise of a civil society in Ukraine, investigates specificity of its transformations in the statement of a new type of legal culture in Ukraine.
