Shaliga T. Banking service of retail clients on remote bases

The Dissertation dedicates to remote banking theoretical and methodological basis research, its essence and mechanism investigation as well as practical recommendation development regarding design, remote process management in terms of retail banking. Research presents prerequisites for bank service evolution which leads to remote service in retail banking appearance. Remote service economic essence and historical conditionality are disclosed. Remote service implementation peculiarities are considered in terms of modern market conditions. Mechanism and structural elements of remote banking system are analyzed. We give proof of standardization and proper risk-management approach as well as provide principles for modeling and current operational remote process management at the aim of optimization and efficiency improvement. Research substantiates remote service competitive advantages compared to traditional banking in terms of Ukrainian market.
