Topiy I. Anti-crisis management development at the enterprises

The object of research is the process of anti-crisis management of engineering enterprises. The aim of the thesis is to develop theoretical and methodological asis and practical recommendations for the development of anti-crisis management in enterprises. Author used the following general scientific methods of comparative analysis, systematization and generalization, analogy, and grouping, benchmarking, systems analysis, expert appraisal, financial, economic and statistical analysis, formalization, system-trust and situational analysis, economic and mathematical modeling. The theoretical value of the results of the thesis is the clarification of categories "anti-crisis management", "development of anti-crisis management", the formation of the generalized classification of factors of activation of anti-crisis management, improvement of method of diagnosis of the crisis state enterprises, and the model of anti-crisis management and restructuring. Scientific novelty is sum of in the proposed method of evaluating the level of achievement of anti-crisis aims, the effectiveness of anti-crisis measures, costs of their development and implementation based on the calculation of efficiency indicators. Author's recommendations are used to increase the level of development of anti-crisis management of engineering enterprises. Author's recommendations are implemented in domestic machine-building enterprises.
