Objective: To expand the theoretical and scientific-methodological concepts of organizational culture and develop practical recommendations on the formation and development of the organizational culture of construction companies in a changing environment. Object of study: the formation of an organizational culture of enterprise in the development of new economic relations. Subject of research: theoretical and methodological provisions and principles of the organizational culture of construction enterprises and the development of recommendations for its implementation and improvement. Methods: History and logic, classification and Analysis, Economics and Mathematics, graphical and analytical; qualimetric, the method of OSAI (building profiles of corporate culture), observation, interviews, questionnaires. Created by a methodical approach to determining the status of the organizational culture of construction companies on the basis taksonometrichogo analysis and economic-mathematical modeling. Proposed: A procedure to diagnose the organizational culture of the construction company for a certain type of organizational culture in line with the strategy of the company. Introduced: technology of the organizational culture of construction enterprises. Scope: corporate enterprises of the construction industry, higher education institutions.
