A research object is processes of the ecologically directed innovative development. A research aim is development and perfection of scientifically-methodical bases of economic ground of the ecologically directed innovative development on different levels. Research methods: logical generalization; analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction; approach of the systems; system-structural and multivariable analysis, theories of the graphs and theories of elements chances. Scientific novelty of dissertation work consists of forming of scientifically-methodical bases and practical recommendations on the economic ground of EDID as bases of acceptance of administrative decisions on different levels. The complex going is first worked out near the scientific ground of variant of EDID on makro-, mezo- and microlevel. Improved: scientifically-methodical hike to determination of priority direction of EDID of management subjects on state and regional levels; organizationally-economic mechanism of management of EDID; scientifically-methodical bases of determination of actual conception of EIA of enterprise; the methodical going near an estimation is social, ecological, to economic efficiency of directions of EDID of enterprise. Got further development: scientific ground of concept of EDID; scientific government of EDID bases by the theoretical ground of concept "Organizationally-economic mechanism managements of EDID"; theoretical bases of ground of process of management of EDID on the basis of addition of existent classification signs of directions of EIA.
