Essay

The object of study - eczema in patients with smoking tobacco. The purpose of the study - to improve the effectiveness of the treatment of patients with eczema tobacco smokers by developing a comprehensive treatment of dermatosis differentiated taking into account peculiarities of clinical manifestations, immune disorders and changes in indices of autonomic nervous system associated with smoking. Methods: Physical, common clinical laboratory, immunological, electrophysiological, biochemical, questioning by A.M. Wayne, Fagerstrem, statistics. Dissertation focuses on the treatment of eczema smoking tobacco. Surveyed 128 patients found that patients with eczema tobacco smokers have features and clinical manifestations of disease, immunological, tonus and reactivity of the autonomic nervous system changes and dependent on quantitative measures of smoking, which they divided into four clinical and therapeutic groups. Shown that of patients offered complex therapy, which takes into account the peculiarities of clinical manifestations, course and pathogenic changes are more effective method compared with conventional therapy, significantly improves the quality of treatment, normalizing the status of immunity, tonus and reactivity of autonomic nervous system, prevents recurrence. The results of the work put into practice the work of the Regional Public Establishment "Kryvyi Rig Skin and Venereal Diseases Dispensary", Dnepropetrovsk City Clinical Hospital № 17, CE "The Odessa Regional Skin and Venereal Diseases Dispensary", CE "Zaporizhzhia Regional Clinical Skin and Venereal Diseases Dispensary" as well as in educational process at the Department of Skin and Venereal Diseases SE "Dnepropetrovsk Medical Academy of Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine", Department of dermatology and venereology and cosmetology with the cycle of aesthetic medicine of FPG of Zaporizhzhia State Medical University, Department of dermatology, venereology and AIDS of Kharkiv National Medical University.
