Author has analysed normative-legal base and experience in regulation of ecological safety of objects with radioactive waste. In framework risk-informed approaches, original methods of probabilistic safety assessments are developed and realized. By the example of Odessa Special Industrial Complex, it is demonstrated adequacy of probabilistic safety measures to established standards, including at extreme effects and beyond design basis seismic loadings.
