Stovolos N. The strategy of organic production development as the basis of supplying the environmental safety of agricultural sector

The object of the given investigation is the process of organic production development as the basis of supplying the environmental safety in agro-industrial complex. The objective of the dissertation is the theoretical substantiation and elaboration of the practical recommendations for the formation of the strategy of organic production development in agro-industrial complex, aimed at supporting of the internal and external demand for environmentally clean products, the rise of the agroecological image of the country and the achievement of the appropriate level of the environmental safety. The methods of investigation: the analysis of economic statistics data, systems analysis, methods of econometric modeling, logic and dialectics. The practical importance of received results causes the possibility of the usage of given offer on the enterprises of agro-industrial complex and in other branches of national economics for supplying the environmental safety development. The results are used by Government Environmental Inspection in Sums'ka Oblast' for the application of the effective practical approaches which are directed on the organic production development and by the headquarters of the agricultural development of the State Administration (Sums'ka Oblast'). The scientific novelty of received results consists in the fact that the conceptual grounds of the strategic development of organic production of agricultural sector have been proposed for the first time. The methodological approach to the supplying of the process systemacy of ecologization of agricultural sector; the methodological approach to the formation of the organic production development strategy; perspective directions for the development of economic mechanism for supplying the riskiness decreasing of the organic production have been improved. The categorical-conceptual base has obtained further development by the substantiation of the notion "ecologization of agro-industrial complex"; the economic-organizing mechanism of the supplying of organic production development strategy in agro-industrial complex; the argumentation of reasonability of the usage of the supplying methods for the formation of the domestic organic sector of agro-industrial complex.
