Essay

The thesis is devoted to the development of models and methods for the synthesis of information and technical means of training staff, which is focused on meeting the educational needs of users located in a particular area of research is the object of the process of informatization of education professionals, with a view to intensifying and improving quality. With the unified methodological positions (including multi-criteria) formulated the problem of synthesizing a system of training specialists proposed a generalized algorithm for its solution. Developed a multi-criteria model for the choice of disciplines included in the curriculum that takes into account the diverse and conflicting local criteria for having a different dimension and physical meaning. To increase the effectiveness of the educational process developed a computer training program, which involves creating an interface instructor interface specialists, students and database. Developed a multi-criteria, adaptive model synthesis and optimization of technical means of training for professionals, which takes into account the heterogeneous and conflicting requirements: the minimum cost of establishing and operating facilities, the maximum reliability of the equipment; minimum probability of denial of service users maximum performance technology. Feature of the model is that it allows a wide class of schemes of compromise in finding the optimal solution. The obtained results of the study have found a practical application: in the learning process in KNURE and Kherson National Technical University, mathematical models and software for the synthesis of information, into the learning process in a geographically distributed structural units of the scientific advisory center KNURE.
