Ludchak O. Organizational and Technical Support to the Forestry Land Cadastre Functioning

Object - Land Fund of Pidlisky Village Council of Dolyna District of Ivano-Frankivsk Region; purpose - ascertainment of impartial and reliable data about present-day state of land recourses on the corresponding area including natural fertility of soil, right of property of the natural persons and legal entities, exogenous and technogenic processes, which have negative influence on the environment; methods - mathematical statistics, theory of mathematical modeling, existing methods and technologies of geodesic works conducting, also soil, climatic, geobotanical and geomorphological investigation of the areas; theoretical and practical results -complex approach in executing cadastre works is used in state and private design organizations. Realization of theoretical thesis and their practical applying will be reflected in the Programs of land-property relations as well as state and separate administrative-territorial formations and will be the constituent of technical tasks during organization of land exploitation works. The materials of investigations are used in the studying process during training in speciality ' System of land tenure and Cadastre'; novelty - there was proposed a new approach in cadastre works accomplishing on the area of a separate territorial- administrative unit; investigations of survey space systems of high recognition Quick Bird, Geo Eyo, Ikonos and Orb View gave reason to confirm that with the help of data pictures of the area, made by this systems, it became possible to get maps the scale to be l to 10000, and in some cases 1 to 50000, that allows to use these data in the cadastre for internal economic organization of land exploitation of big agro-industrial enterprises, development of the shift of crops projects; there was proposed the model of the effective usage of land recourses in the form of structural and logical scheme and numerical model, based on the theory of static decisions; for the first time there was held a complex of field and cameral works, concerning the inventorying of lands conjunction with climate, geomorphological, soil and geobotanical investigations; there was introduced Management of State Land Committee in Strui District, Lviv Region, Management of State Land Committee of Ukraine in Ivano-Frankivsk Region; sphere- cadastre and monitoring of lands.
