Sobol O. Classification of crimes.

It was formulated the concept of financial and formal criterions of legislative classification of crimes, well-proven necessity of removal of paradoxical positions of item a legislator 12 CL of Ukraine in relation to possibility of determination of degree of crime with the use of basic punishment in the type of fine of the proper size. Grounded actuality of perspective direction of perfection of criminal legislation is a necessity of development and embodiment in General part of KK of Ukraine of typical approval (within the limits of institute of classification of crimes), that would allow to unify responsibility for the crimes of the proper weight and avoid the far of defects as result of nonsystem, arbitrary formulation of individual approvals within the limits of Special part of this Law.
