The presented scientific work deals with the increasing of effectiveness of diagnostic approaches and preventive measures in female relatives of patients with ovarian tumor processes through the development of the algorithm and the formation of the conception of individual approach to forecasting, early diagnosis and prevention of ovarian diseases in women at increased risk of their occurrence. The conception of an individual approach to forecasting, early diagnosis and prevention of ovarian diseases in women at increased risk of their occurrence involves identification of mutations in the genes BRCA 1, BRCA 2 in the initial stage of screening.
