Essay

The thesis actualizes the issue of preparing future teachers, including music teachers, to work in multicultural environment. By defining common views of foreign, Ukrainian and Chinese scientists and international practice on this isssue, an educational content-line of the methodology was chosen - ethnocultural issues and musical folklore. The methodology is based on a phased implementation of pedagogical conditions, which are in line with specially developed methods and techniques for their implementation. Proposed methods are classified according to the functions of educational potential of folklore and the work of music teacher in a multicultural environment.
