Essay

The dissertation is the first attempt to study the complex social and political situation of Ukrainian minority in Romania in XX - XXI centuries. The problems of its development between the two world wars and during the dictatorship of N. Ceausescu and at the present stage, on the basis of which the policy of Romania concerning the implementation of international agreements on the provision of real political rights of national minorities and of denationalization policies against ethnic Ukrainian was estimated.
