The dissertation deals with the analysis of the Acts of the President of Ukraine and the identification of their legal nature. Author defines theoretical and practical problems of the Head of the State role and place within the system of the legal acts of Ukraine, the genesis and provides for own classification of the President of Ukraine Acts.Based on the analysis of the legal regulation of the Head of State Acts' it was offered the ways to improve it, in particular author has made the proposals for the legislative regulation of the President of Ukraine Acts' publication and their implementation monitoring.
