Object of study: labor and human potential of the agricultural sector of the economy. Objective: To develop theoretical and applied principles of formation and use of labor and human resources in the agricultural sector of the economy, identifying key areas of increasing employment and the impact of labor of the rural population, food independence, formation and capacity building of personnel. Methods: systematic and analytical, comprehensive approach, statistical analysis, spreadsheet, graphics, index, comparative analysis, problem-oriented, Economics and Mathematics, matrix calculations. Scientific novelty: the first developed areas of intensification of work and of labor and human resources of enterprises of agriculture based on the formation of new social standards, competitive market environment and food independence, recognizing the human factor is not only the means but also to socio-economic development of society and proposed mechanism of recruitment agrarian enterprise activity and its efficiency, which based on population factors and motivational structures to promote any activity, internal, arising from the needs of the individual, and external positive and negative motivation found most appropriate ratio between the species, affect the results of the work and personality of the employee.
