Povorozniuk I. Wages of labour in transformations economy of post-socialist countries

The dissertation deals with the defining of the regularities of wages in economy of post-socialist countries and the formation of the theoretical basis of public policy of remuneration of labor in the national economy. Theoretical approaches to the study of the economic nature of wage, laws and establishment of the size and structure of payment for labor were summarized, the place of the terms "wages" and remuneration of labor in the terminology of economics were defined. The growth updating of wages in developed countries and specific manifestation such trends in the domestic economy are devoted. The assessment of capacity formed in the domestic economy mechanisms to ensure compliance with wage labor payment level requirements of normal reproduction ability to work and maintain the competitiveness of the national workforce were fulfilled. The theoretical framework of government economic policy on wages and proposed measures to improve state regulation of wages in the domestic economy were improved.
