Object of investigation - endothelial function of pulmonary vessels, monocrotaline model of arterial pulmonary hypertension (PH); aim - to find the features of the functional state of the endothelium and the impact of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) in pulmonary cardiovascular disorders in the experiment PH; methods - experimental, method of cell culturing, morphological, biochemical, ELISA, instrumental, functional, statistical; newness and results - studied functional state of the endothelium after using MSCs culture in the monocrotaline PH; estimated the hemodynamic changes and remodeling processes by heart and lung vessels arising in PH and under the influence of cellular therapy; proved the formation of new blood vessels in the lung tissue after using MSCs; characterized the endothelial dysfunction in monocrotaline PH at different times after transplantation of mesenchymal bone marrow cells; introduced - in practice of Institute of urgent and recovery medicine surgery NAMS of Ukraine (Donetsk), and in educational process at departments of pathophysiology of medical universities in Donetsk, Kharkov, Crym, Lugansk, Zaporozhe; scope of use - scientific and educational processes at departments of pathophysiology at the Highest Schools of Medicine, diagnostic and medical process of therapeutic, pulmonology, cardiologic and surgery departments.
