A research object is the pathogenetic mechanisms of chronic inflammatory complications in patients with diabetic foot syndrome in diabetes mellitus type 2; the goal is to prove the pathogenesis and to evaluate the effectiveness of hypoxic therapy and immunomodulator in the treatment of inflammatory complications in the lower limbs in diabetes mellitus type 2; methods are clinical, biochemical, coagulation investigation, immunoenzymatic, immunological, tool, calculated, sotsiologichny, statistics; novelty and results: it was studied multisystem pathogenetic mechanisms of chronic inflammatory complications, expedience and proven efficacy, safety of hypoxic and immunotherapy, assessed long-term outcomes and quality of life, introduced in the practice of Donetsk Regional Clinical Territorial Medical Union, Institute of urgent and restorative surgery named by V. K. Gusak (Donetsk), clinic of Donetsk national medical university named by M. Gorky, the pedagogical process of Donetsk, Lugansk, Kharkov Medical Universities and Medical Academy Postgraduate Education (Zaporozhe); scope of use - scientific and educational processes at departments of pathophysiology at the Highest Schools of Medicine, diagnostic and medical process of surgical and therapeutic departments.
